This course is designed to ensure that Marks & Spencer products are produced in a safe environment, eliminating foreign body risks. The course contains tier A only, that is designed for everybody that comes into contact with a metal detector, including the hygiene team, operators, supervisors, quality control to Engineers. Completing the training course will unlock your official training certificate which is fully audit compliant. Completing  this Tier A only course does not qualify the learner to be a Subject Matter Expert. The course will expire 14 days after enrolment and cannot be relaunched once completed.   Read more

Understanding the importance of failsafes to enhance food safety for the consumer and your brand reputation.  Most of the major supermarket retailers are actively improving safety, and developing their own standards or Codes of Practice, known as C.O P's. These are the manufacturing standards that suppliers must adhere too, if they want to do business, and be present in the market through the specific retailer. We will also explain and demonstrate the recommended failsafe tests required before production can commence.
