Objectives
This course is made up of 22 modules with knowledge checks and a survey, and is completed with a final test before earning the downloadable audit compliant training certificate.
All of the following modules are designed to give you an understanding on how to use the checkweigher, that will enhance your efficiency ensuring you get the best results every time.
Module 1: Main Run Screen, we demonstrate in detail all the features available for you to see and utilise.
Module 2: Mode Select Screen, is where we show all the functions and options.
Module 3: Access Screen, this is where you can log in and out, using passwords, with all the different levels of access.
Module 3a: User Accounts, the benefits obtained using the user accounts if enabled.
Module 4: Products Menu Screen, how you can change products and view the product menu pages.
Module 4a: Deleting a product from the product menu if no longer required.
Module 5: Walkthrough of all the different product parameters.
Module 5a: Creating a product.
Module 5b: Editing an existing product if required.
Module 6: Demonstrating the correct procedure for product Calibration.
Module 6a: Verifying the product calibration accuracy.
Module 6b: Explanation and demonstration on static calibration.
Module 7: Showing all of the different conveyor setting parameters.
Module 8: Demonstration of the reject parameters.
Module 8a: Explanation and enabling of the bin-full sensor.
Module 8b: Explanation and enabling of the reject confirmation sensor.
Module 8c: AMC explanation and enabling.
Module 9: Fault and Error logs.
Module 10: Statistics.
Module 11: Batch and product reports and downloading.
Module 11a: USB back-up procedure.
Module 12: The weigh diagnostics screen walkthrough.
