Explore how to use the IQ4H metal detector, learning to access and utilize all of the various functions and features effectively.

The course modules are designed to give you an understanding that will not only enhance your efficiency using the IQ4H metal detector, but ensuring you get the best results every time.

Knowing each control and feature is here to boost your productivity.

The course will expire 60 days after enrolment and cannot be relaunched once completed.

Objectives

All of these modules are designed to give you an understanding that will enhance your efficiency using the IQ4H metal detector, ensuring you get the best results every time.

Module 1 - The main run screen, where we demonstrate all the features available for you to see, understand and utilise.

Module 2 - The access screen, where you can log in and out using passwords and we will explain all the different levels of access.

Module 3 - Product screen, here is where we walk you through the product menus that's available for selection. 

Module 3A - Create a product, and adding it to the product menu list.

Module 3B - Edit a product, how to adjust a product and delete that is already in the product list.

Module 4 - Auto learn feature, to learn a product that is already created and selected.

Module 4A - Product effect, on how it influences and effects the product learn.

module 4B - Manual & update learn, we explain how to use the manual settings to perform a product learn when needed.

Module 5 - Information and help icon, where you can look for more information and help. That's unique to the screen you are using. 

Module 6 - Faults and Errors, that might appear for various reasons and how you can view, reset and clear them from the main run screen.

Module 7 - PVS, how to perform the PVS test.

Module 7A - Enable & Edit PVS, set-up and configuration of the PVS and test piece sizes.

Module 7B - PVS Timings, setting up PVS timings to suit your requirement.

Module 7C - PVS features, explaining what features are available to utilise within PVS.

Module 8 - Mimic screen, demonstrates all the hotspots that gives you access to other screens.

Module 8A - Conveyor set-up view, how the machine has been set-up with an overview of the important settings.

Module 8B - Reject set-up, how to adjust reject timings for different product scenarios.

Module 8C - Bin Lock feature.

Module 8D - Fail-safe tests and setup.

Module 9 - System screen, this shows you how to unlock different features within the Metal Detector.

Module 9A - User accounts, explains how to add and edit password accounts for all types of users.

Module 9B - Display settings, language and clean screen clean options.

Module 9C - Report features, that can be enabled.

Module 9D - Software versions, to make you are aware what is currently installed on the Metal Detector.

Module 9E - User options, certain features that can be enabled to utilise on your Metal Detector

Module 10 - Logs and report features.
